Laïla von Alvensleben is a globally renowned expert in flexible work. Since 2014, she has collaborated with remote and hybrid companies and enabled their distributed teams to foster a thriving organizational culture while working from anywhere.
During her tenure at Mural, a digital whiteboard company supporting 95% of Fortune 100 enterprises, Laïla's contributions were pivotal in its hyper-growth from 100+ to 1000+ distributed employees across 20 countries. Her work designing and facilitating engaging experiences for distributed teams, including immersive award-winning virtual retreats, earned her worldwide recognition as one of the top 50 remote enablers in the 2023 Remote Influencer Report.
Laïla regularly contributes to many of the leading courses, conferences, and publications on the future of work. She has spoken at key industry events, including Running Remote, IxDA, NEXT, Digitale Leute Summit, Atlassian Team, and itoday Summit. She lives in Lugano, Switzerland.
